Mediation can be far more affordable than pursuing a dispute through the legal process. Our focus is to help you avoid potentially crippling costs and anxiety associated with legal action.
Parties have an equal say in the process and they, not the mediator, decide the terms of the settlement. There is no determination of right or wrong in the process.
Mediation works best when used early in a dispute, and many mediations are completed in one session.
Information disclosed during mediation is confidential as is the outcome and binding confidentialty agreements are signed by all parties prior to mediation.
Mediation provides a neutral and confidential setting in which the parties can openly discuss their views on the underlying dispute. Enhanced communication can lead to mutually satisfactory resolutions.
